With your permission, let me tell you a little about the founder of the business (by the way, the language behind me on the photo is Romanian!)

As an international speaker, business mentor and trainer I have specialised for many years in helping businesses learn the psychological and emotional dynamics of selling to (and keeping) high net worth clients and companies.

Since 1997 I have been an executive coach, a speaker, trainer and author in the fields of networking, sales, entrepreneurship, coaching and mentoring - working with audiences and businesses in the Far East, Middle East, Europe and the USA.

After over 25 plus years in selling and in studying human behaviour I have distilled what the world's best professional advisors and sales professionals do naturally to acquire and keep valuable clients.

I've had the good fortune to share this with firms such as HSBC Bank, Microsoft, British Telecom, Grant Thornton and Vodafone and I bring this experience to accountants, technology businesses, legal firms, wealth management, corporate and private banking, pension and stockbrokers.

As well as a strong business background I am a qualified psychotherapist, analytical hypnotherapist and master of NLP (and started my career as an engineer - which is why I guess I work to provide such practical and results focused programmes!).

In my personal life I am a photographer and film fan, martial artist, a horseman and a practical philosopher with a life-long interest in personal and world belief systems.

I'm a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association, a Member of the Institution of Engineers in Ireland and a past Honorary Vice President and Founder Member of the Association for Coaching in London.

I started professional executive coaching in 1997 having had the unique honour and great and good fortune to be personally mentored by the great Dr. Denis Waitley - the renowned speaker, author and behavioural psychologist. It was while working with Denis that I created the unique and powerful G2S performance coaching system - after which Denis kindly described me thus:
