Before taking any coaching programme we provide a FREE 50-minute coaching session which explains what ExecutiveEQ™ coaching is, it’s performance models and facilitates a very practical exercise where you can identify the objectives that can make the most amount of change for you - and the primary value and benefit in using coaching as a tool in making those objectives real.

ExecutiveEQ™ coaching is dedicated to closing 'the performance gap' between what a senior executive can accomplish working on their own and what they are capable of accomplishing when working in synergy with an external professional.

All SWL coaching programmes are based on Seán Weafer's unique G2S® (Global to Specific) coaching system and include your own personal coaching system and personal psychometric report.
