Master Mind Group (MMG)
The purpose of a sales or nanagement team Master Mind Group is to maximise the management skills and the performance of the sales and client management team.
In an MMG we identify and address the unique challenges that a management team face in getting the best out of their client relationship teams - by providing experienced, external input and feedback an on-going support for the management team.
The MMG delivers on:
- Shared learning from each of the managers
- Greatly improves inter-team communication,
- Facilitates greater management team performance
- Provides 3rd party objective feedback to the Business Development Partner or Director
- Motivates managers to contribute and take ownership of targets
- Creates a forum for accountability for delivery of management team actions on a quarterly basis and
- Supports the implementation of the ClientEQ™ High Trust Advisor programme through the managers where already deployed in-house.
Through a Master Mind Group a team continues to educate and empower themselves, take even greater responsibility and ownership and drive performance in their respective teams – thus delivering higher client returns.
A Master Mind Group format is usually:
1. Input from each of the individual managers or executives as to their targets and team’s successes and challenges within the quarter. Each manager gets the time to discuss his or her team issues
2. The group can then give facilitated supportive feedback to that manager or executive on their specific issues.
3. Once completed the group then agree the specific issue(s) to be addressed during the meeting and for the succeeding quarter and finally
4. Relevant training or input is provided in-session with actions to be completed agreed for the next meeting.
